Not much option on the menu. Main course not good. Nice appetisers and deserts. Great service. Very bad price to value.

We ate the best Burrata of our travel in this restaurant and the seabass was excellent.Good service, great ambiance, excellent food .????????

The address on the fork is wrong and it takes the center, but once we called and asked for the correct instructions we arrived quietly.

Lovely ambience at the courtyard with a creative menu that had some hit and miss dishes. We had higher expectations from the service of a Michelin star restaurant as dietary requirements were missed and sommelier was rather agressive with wine recommendations.

As this was the only one star Michelin rated restaurant in the area we had high expectations. The restaurant is set in an old convent, turned into a luxury hotel.As expected the service and advise from the staff and sommeli&egrave;re are excellent, if a bit stiff.They have two different menus plus a blind menu with 10 surprise dishes at 160&euro;. The wine accompaniment is 130&euro; per person.There is a lot of creativity in how the Chef creates his dishes. However, none were in the category of amazing, wow or excellent. The dishes look nice and tasted OK. But that&rsquo;s about it.They also hurry you along a bit. You are still with one wine and they alredy pour the wine for the next dish that arrives within a minute.Wine accompaniment was a bad choice considering you pay so much money for just five small glasses of wine, plus a grappa. That comes out at 20+ &euro;  per glass. The wines served should be super Tuscan category, but the wines were way below that. I had checked one wine, the Sauvignon Blanc from Graf in Meran. Retail price is just 16&euro; per bottle. Just imagine what kind of wine you can buy today at &euro;260 in a restaurant.

A little bit better  than 1 Michelin star! The main dish (fish) was superb (3Star), all other dishes 1 Star. The sommelier very good. His recommendation, a local white wine (one of the cheapest in the wine list) matches perfectly the fish.

What a magical experience!  The food, the ambience (in the 1000 year old courtyard as the sun was setting), the service, everything was impeccable.  This was our 3rd Michelin restaurant during this trip, and undoubtably our best (including a 3 star).  If you come to stay at the resort, definitely splurge on this restaurant.  If not staying here, definitely make the trip, it&#39;s worth it!
